All Key Internet ADSL services utilise a Peak and Off-peak usage system.
- Peak is from 8am until Midnight
- Off-peak is from Midnight until 8am
- No excess charges. Service is shaped to 64kbps once download limit is reached.
Plan example, the Key 256 1+4 GB plan has 1 Gigabyte of usage between 8am and Midnight and 4 Gigabytes between Midnight and 8am.
Fees and Charges
- New Connection Fee $88.00 on a 6 Month Contract. Early termination attracts a $90 early termination fee
- New Connection Fee $145 no contract
- Churn (Rapid Transfer) $33.00 (Current ISP must be a part of the Churn program)
- OPEN1 connections have a maximum speed of 8000/384, please note your line may not be capable of these speeds. The minimum guaranteed speed is 1500/256.
- Line speed changes incur a $44.00 fee, plan changes on the same line speed are free.
